Lessons are available on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis to explore your personal wellness needs and fitness goals, such as reducing falls risk or improving sporting performance, to bring you real, lasting results.
Many muscular-skeletal complaints, such as back, hip and shoulder pain stem from postural misalignment, which can be improved through targeted and structured movement. The initial session includes a functional assessment and looks for any structural deviations, helping create an effective personalised programme.
1:1 Pilates lessons provide the tools needed for longer-term self-management.
